Regulation 12 Reporting of infringements

In Article 14 (reporting of infringements) -

(a) in paragraph 1, for "competent authority" substitute "FCA";

(b) in paragraph 2 -

(i) in the first subparagraph, for "competent authority" substitute "FCA";

(ii) omit the second subparagraph.
