This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 August 2019.
However, Article 4(1) to (5), Article 5(1) and (2), Article 15 and Article 16 shall apply from 2 August 2021.
