17. Interpretation (Part 3)

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 3 October 2019 by Seanad Éireann

Where parent’s leave or part of such leave is postponed in accordance with section 13 or 14, the time (if any) on parent’s leave before such postponement and the time on parent’s leave after such postponement shall be treated for the purposes of this Part as separate periods of leave.
