27. Amendment of section 39 of Act of 2005

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 3 October 2019 by Seanad Éireann

Section 39(1) of the Act of 2005 is amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (da) (inserted by section 30 of the Act of 2016):

“(db) parent’s benefit,”.
