39. Description of benefits.
Amendments (requiring commencement) by Sch. to the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 24), published on 15 July 2024.
(1) Benefits under this Part shall be of the following descriptions and are so described in this Act -
(aa) partial capacity benefit,
(c) health and safety benefit,
(ea) jobseeker’s benefit (self-employed),
(eb) Covid-19 pandemic unemployment payment,
(f) occupational injuries benefit comprising injury benefit, disablement benefit and death benefit,
(h) State pension (contributory),
(i) State pension (transition),
