30. Amendment of section 238B of Act of 2005

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 3 October 2019 by Seanad Éireann

Section 238B(3) of the Act of 2005 is amended, in paragraph (a)(i), by the substitution of “Chapter 11A of Part 2, parent’s benefit payable in accordance with Chapter 11B of Part 2” for “Chapter 11A of Part 2”.
