(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Commerce and Solvency 2 (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations come into force on IP completion day.

(3) In these Regulations -

"the 2000 Act" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 [2000 c. 8.];

"the 2001 Order" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/544.];

"the 2002 Regulations" means the Electronic Commerce Directive (Financial Services and Markets) Regulations 2002 [S.I. 2002/1775.].
