(1) A relevant incoming provider who is carrying on any activity to which regulation 11 applies must, as soon as reasonably practicable following commencement day, notify the FCA that the provider is carrying on that activity.

(2) A notification under paragraph (1) must -

(a) be made in such manner, and

(b) contain, or be accompanied by, such information,

as the FCA may direct.
