Regulation 7 Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001

In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 [S.I. 2001/2188. Regulation 12B was inserted by the 2002 Regulations and amended by S.I. 2013/472.], omit regulation 12B (electronic commerce).
