4B. Further powers of NTMA.

(1) The Agency shall have all powers necessary or expedient for the performance of any function conferred on it by the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009.

(2) The performance by the Agency of a function under the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 is not a function of the Agency under this Act.
