1. By 26 June 2021, Member States shall adopt and publish the measures necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof.
They shall apply those measures from 26 June 2021. However, Member States shall apply the measures necessary to comply with point (6) of Article 62 as regards Article 8a(3) of Directive 2013/36/EU by 27 December 2020, and the measures necessary to comply with point (5) of Article 64 from 26 March 2020.
When Member States adopt those measures, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States.
2. As soon as this Directive has entered into force, Member States shall ensure that the Commission is informed, in sufficient time for it to submit its comments, of any draft laws, regulations or administrative provisions which they intend to adopt in the field covered by thi
