(1) Sections 10(1), 24, 35 and 36 of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014 (No. 29 of 2014) shall apply for the purposes of these Regulations subject to the modification that references to the relevant statutory provisions shall be construed as a reference to these Regulations.

(2) Section 87 of the Act of 2007 shall apply for the purposes of these Regulations subject to the modification that references to the relevant statutory provisions shall be construed as a reference to these Regulations.
