Regulation 34ZH Appeals

(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the PRA under regulation 34ZC may refer the matter to the Tribunal.

(2) The scope of such an appeal is limited to -

(a) the application of Step 2 of regulation 34ZC(2); and

(b) the exercise of the PRA's discretion in Step 3 of regulation 34ZC(2).
