Section 12 of the Act of 1995 is amended, in subsection (2), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (c):

"(c) in Part VIII, contravenes section 94A(1), 96, 97, 98(1) or (2), 98A(1), 100, 101, 102, 103(2), 107, 110 or 111, or".
