Regulation 15 Amendment of Regulation 2 of European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) Regulations 2015

Regulation 2 of the European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 289 of 2015) is amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (1):

"(1A) These Regulations shall not apply to entities that are also authorised in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 648/20125.".
