57A. Regulations.

The Minister may make regulations to-

(a) give effect to a common European air traffic flow management system established by Eurocontrol under Articles 2(1)(e), 7(2)(d) and 19 of the Eurocontrol Convention, and

(b) ensure compliance with that system.
