Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in subsection (2)(b), by the substitution of -

(i) "ill or incapacitated" for "sick", in each place that it occurs, and

(ii) "illness or incapacity" for "sickness",

and

(b) in subsection (5), by the substitution of "illness or incapacity" for "sickness", in each place that it occurs.
