Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 is amended as follows:
(1) in Article 1(2), the second subparagraph is deleted;
(2) in Article 40(5), the first subparagraph is replaced by the following:
'The Board of Supervisors may decide to admit observers. In particular, the Board of Supervisors shall admit a representative of the Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism established by Regulation (EU) 2024/1620 of the European Parliament and of the Council [Regulation (EU) 2024/1620 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2024 establishing the Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism and amending Regulations (EU) No 1093/2010, (EU) No 1094/2010 and (EU) No 1095/2010 (OJ L, 2024/1620, 19.6.2024, ELI: http://data. europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1620/oj).] where matters that fall under its mandate are discussed or decided upon.';
(3) in Article 54, paragraph 2a is deleted.
