(1) Section 32(2)(a) and (7) and section 33(1)(a), (c), (d), (f), (g), (h), (m) and (p) and (7) shall, subject to the modifications specified in subsection (2), apply to the refusal to approve a change of employer under section 10 as they apply to the refusal to grant an employment permit.

(2) The modifications mentioned in subsection (1) are -

(a) in section 32(2)(a), construing the reference to the person who has made the offer of employment as the person who has made an application under section 10,

(b) in section 32(7), the omission of the reference to that section being subject to sections 44(5) and 45(5),
