(1) Information held by the Minister for the purposes of this Act may be supplied by the Minister to each of the following, namely -

(a) the Minister for Social Protection,

(b) the Minister for Justice,

(c) the Minister for Foreign Affairs,

(d) the Revenue Commissioners, or

(e) the Garda Síochána,

if such supply is reasonably necessary for the purpose of the performance by the Minister of the Government referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) or, as the case may be, the Revenue Commissioners or the Garda Síochána of functions under any enactment.

(2) Information held by -

(a) the Minister for Social Protection,

(b) the Minister for Justice,

(c) the Minister for Foreign Affairs,

(d) the Revenue Commissioners, or

(e) the Garda Síochána,
