The Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 443:

''443A.

Subject to section 444, a receiver has an entitlement to remuneration upon the terms agreed, fixed or otherwise set in the manner specified in the instrument under which he or she is appointed and the terms upon which the receiver has, in accordance with that instrument, such an entitlement may be expressed to be -

(a) by way of a relevant percentage,

(b) by reference to time expended in the conduct of the receivership, or

(c) otherwise by reference to any method or thing.''.
