84. Amendment of section 1062 of Principal Act

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 24 July 2024 by Dáil Éireann

Section 1062 of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (4):

''(4) A notice under this section shall require any information given in response to the notice to be given in writing within such reasonable period as may be specified in the notice, which period shall not exceed 5 days.''.
