32. Amendment of section 558B of Principal Act

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 24 July 2024 by Dáil Éireann

Section 558B of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in subsection (1)(b), by the substitution of ''wish it to avail'' for ''wish to avail'',

and

(b) in subsection (2)(d), by the substitution of ''such a resolution be passed by the directors of'' for ''such a resolution be passed by''.
