Article 34 Article 2 amended (definitions)

(1) Article 2 is amended as follows.

(2) After paragraph 1(24) insert -

"(25) "upstream GHG removal" means upstream GHG removal (as defined in paragraph 3(6A) of Schedule 2 to the UK ETS Order) on or after the relevant date (as defined in that sub-paragraph).".
