An application under paragraph (e) of Article 17 (2) of the Regulations of 1984 shall be accompanied by such information as may be requested by the Minister in order to enable him to decide whether a direction under Article 51 should be issued and in particular shall include the following -
(a) in the case of a future profits item, a certificate signed by the appointed actuary confirming that the amount for which approval is sought does not exceed the lower of -
(i) the amount calculated in accordance with Article 17 (2) (e) (i) of the Regulations of 1984 and this Part of these Regulations, and
(ii) the present value of the profits that may be expected to arise in the future on the life assurance business in force on the valuation date;
(b) in the case of zillmerising, a certificate from the appointed actuary confirming that the amount for which approval is sought has been calculated in accordance with Article 17 (2) (e) (ii) of the Regulations of 1984 and this Part of these Regul
