51. Amendment of Second Schedule (title thereof) to Principal Act.

The Second Schedule to the Principal Act is amended by the substitution for the title to that Schedule of the following title:

"Preservation and Revaluation of Benefits and Minimum Value of Contributory Retirement Benefit".
