56. Amendment of Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993.

The definition of "specified body" in section 223(1) (as amended by section 32 of the Social Welfare Act, 2000) of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993, is amended by -

(a) the deletion of "or" after paragraph (m), and

(b) the substitution for paragraph (n) of the following paragraphs:

"(n) the Pensions Authority, or

(o) such other persons as may be prescribed;".
