(1) The Minister may by regulations provide, in relation to cases where a person is entitled to an allowance under section 9(1)(g) of the Industrial Training Act, 1967, and to a weekly payment, for adjusting the amount of such allowance or the amount of such weekly payment.
(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, regulations under this section may provide that a person to whom the regulations apply shall not be entitled to a weekly payment either at all or for a specified period.
