58. Regulations providing for offences.

The Minister may by regulations provide for offences consisting of contraventions of or failure to comply with a provision of this Act or of contraventions of or failure to comply with regulations under this Act and for the recovery on summary conviction of such offences of fines not exceeding specified amounts not exceeding £50, together with, in the case of continuing offences, further such fines in respect of each of the days on which the offences are continued.
