Article 17 Definition of "insurer"

In subsection (4) of section 15A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (payment out of benefit of sums in respect of mortgage interest etc.) [Section 15A was inserted by Social Security (Mortgage Interest Payments) Act 1992 (c. 33), section 1(2), Schedule, paragraph 1.], in paragraph (b) of the definition of "insurer" [The definition of "insurer" was inserted by S.I. 2001/3649, article 330(3).] for "paragraph 5(b)" substitute "paragraph 5(d)".
