Article 35 Record-keeping procedures: appointed representatives

In regulation 13(4) of the Money Laundering Regulations 1993 (record-keeping procedures: supplementary provisions) [Paragraph (4) of regulation 13 was amended by S.I. 2001/3649, article 44(1).], omit "which is investment business carried on by him".
