Article 51 Authorised providers in relation to superannuation schemes for teachers

In Article 11(6) of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 (superannuation schemes as respects teachers) for the definition of "authorised provider" [The definition of "authorised provider" was inserted by S.I. 1990/1509, (N.I. 13), Article 10(4).] substitute -

""authorised provider" has the meaning given in Article 3;".
