(1) The FCA may revoke its approval granted under regulation 26.
(2) If the FCA proposes to revoke its approval it must give the applicant a warning notice.
(3) If the FCA decides to revoke its approval -
(a) it must give the applicant a decision notice; and
(b) the applicant may refer the matter to the Tribunal.
