Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975
(1) The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 [S.I. 1975/1023. The definition of "relevant collective investment scheme" in article 2(1) was inserted, and article 4(d) was substituted, by S.I. 2001/3816. Article 4 was further amended by S.I. 2013/472, S.I. 2013/1198 and other instruments not relevant here.] is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(1), in the definition of "relevant collective investment scheme" omit ", 270 (schemes authorised in designated countries or territories)".
(3) In article 4(1)(d)(ix) -
(a) omit the words from the beginning to "that section or"; and
(b) for "that Act" substitute "the 2000 Act".
