93. Regulations and orders to be laid before each House of Oireachtas.
(1) The Minister shall ensure that every regulation made by the Authority, and every order made by the Minister or the Authority under this Act, is laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as practicable after it is made.
(2) This section does not apply to an order made under section 58.
