37. Inclusion of asset in, and removal of asset from, cover assets pool.

For the purposes of sections 35 and 36, an asset is, except as provided by section 36 (3), included in, or removed from, a cover assets pool when the appropriate particulars are recorded in the register of mortgage covered securities business.
