(1) The Minister may, by order notified in Iris Oifigiúil, appoint a date for the purposes of Part 1, 2 or 3 of Schedule 3.
(2) On the date appointed under subsection (1) for a Part of Schedule 3, this Act is amended as specified in that Part.
