52. Inclusion of asset in, and removal of asset from, cover assets pool.
For the purposes of sections 50 and 51, an asset is, except as provided by section 51 (3), included in, or removed from, a cover assets pool when the appropriate particulars are recorded in the register of public credit covered securities business.
