Article 120 Definition of administrative penalties

For the purposes of this Part, "administrative penalties" means either of the following: (a) administrative pecuniary penalties provided for and imposed under Article 18(1) of the SSM Regulation; (b) fines and periodic penalty payments provided for in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 2532/98 and imposed under Article 18(7) of the SSM Regulation.
