Regulation 20A Stress testing

(1) Where the Bank has been appointed to be a coordinator in accordance with Regulation 12, it shall undertake appropriate and regular stress testing of the financial conglomerate concerned and shall communicate the results of the stress tests to the Joint Committee.

(2) Where the Bank is a relevant competent authority, it shall cooperate fully with a co-ordinator appointed in accordance with Regulation 12 in the performance of stress tests by that co-ordinator.
