Regulation 31 Co-ordinators of financial conglomerates to which this Part applies

For the purposes of this Part, the Bank is taken to be the co-ordinator of a financial conglomerate to which this Regulation applies if, assuming the criteria specified in Regulation 12 were to be applied, it would be the co-ordinator of such a financial conglomerate.
