Regulation 13 Bank required to maintain a register of financial conglomerates

(1) The Bank shall establish and maintain a register of those groups that include authorised regulated entities and have been identified as financial conglomerates.

(2) The Bank shall include in the register particulars of the co-ordinators of those groups.
