(1) Sections 18 to 22 are subject to Part 3A (inserted by section 74 of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014).
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), any commitments or conditions in a determination made under this Part shall not be revoked or amended by the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media in his or her determination under Part 3A.
(3) The Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media may however impose additional conditions in his or her determination under Part 3A.
