(1) A competent authority may request a competition authority of another Member State to carry out an inspection, interview or other fact-finding measure on its behalf.
(2) A competent authority may, on the request of a competition authority of another Member State, or the European Commission, (each of which is in this Part referred to as a 'requesting competition authority') carry out an inspection, interview or other fact-finding measure on behalf of the requesting competition authority pursuant to -
(a) this Act,
(b) Article 22 of Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 of 16 December 2002 [OJ No. L 1, 4.1.2003, p. 1] on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty,
(c) section 11, 18, 37 or 37A of the Act of 2014,
(d) section 38A, 39 or 39A of the Act of 2002, or
(e) any other relevant power conferred by law on the competent authority.
