80. Amendment of section 17 of Consumer Information Act 1978.

Section 17(1) of the Consumer Information Act 1978 is amended -

(a) in paragraph (a) by substituting "€3,000" for "£500", and

(b) in paragraph (b) by substituting "€60,000" for "£10,000".
