18K. Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Common Contractual Funds.

(1) There shall, for the purposes of this Part, be a registrar to be known as the 'Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Common Contractual Funds', and in this Part referred to as the 'Registrar'.

(2) The Bank shall be the Registrar.
