53. Stamp duty.

(1) Stamp duty is not chargeable on a transfer order, an order varying or amending a transfer order, an order setting aside a transfer order or an ancillary agreement entered into between a transferor and a transferee.

(2) Stamp duty is not chargeable on any instrument executed in order to give legal effect to a transfer effected or taken to be effected by a transfer order.
