(1) Where the Courts Service, or another body funded, wholly or partly, out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, or from the Central Fund or the growing produce of the Central Fund, has incurred costs in relation to the translation or publication of an order under this Act (including where the translation or publication is required by the Regulations of 2011), the costs are a debt due and owing by the authorised credit institution concerned, and may be recovered as a simple contract debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) If the authorised credit institution is unable to pay the costs referred to in subsection (1), they shall be recoverable from the Fund by the body concerned.
