Regulation 5 Modification for persons covered by section 790C(12) of the Act

(1) The following modification is prescribed for the purpose of section 790C(12) of the Act.

(2) Sections 790M(2) to (6A) and (10) of the Act are not to be read and do not have effect as if a person within section 790C(12) of the Act were an individual.
