Regulation 28 Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Notice to OFT of Intended Prosecution Specified Enactments, Revocation and Transitional Provision) Order 2003

In the table in the Schedule to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Notice to OFT of Intended Prosecution Specified Enactments, Revocation and Transitional Provision) Order 2003 [S.I. 2003/1376.], after the entry for the Fair Trading Act 1973 [1973 c. 41.] insert -

"Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004.

All offences under those Regulations.".
